Return/Cancellation policy:
Orders returned by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage.
Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. Orders not received, which were dispatched Standard Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.
Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 days.If an order is not received you must notify PVB in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
PVB shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Parisian Vogue will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, PVB will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item,will be dispatched with an aditional 5% admin fee.
Delivery policy:
If Paris Vogue has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods.
Parisian Vogue will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Parisian Vogue reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
Parisian Vogue reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.
All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days subject to stock availibilty. All returns and refunds due to customer ordering error will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

First Class Royal Mail:
Costs £0.95 per item (£1.95 for Gift Sets) – the majority of orders are delivered in 4 working days. However we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service so we ask that you wait 8 working days before contacting us in the event of the non receipt of goods. Special Recorded Delivery:
Prices are calculated by weight and will be clearly stated when you reach the checkout page. We have included a postage charge lookup table below to use as a guide. Orders placed by 1100 Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 1300 the next day. Orders received before 11am on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm. Orders placed after this time will not be dispatched until Monday for arrival on Tuesday.
