Orders returned by Royal Mail will be refunded the cost of products upon receipt, not including postage.

Customers will be notified and the order will be cancelled. Orders not received, which were dispatched Standard Postage, will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period.

Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 days.If an order is not received you must notify PVB in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

PVB shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. 
In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Parisian Vogue will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, PVB will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item,will be dispatched with an aditional 5% admin fee.

Delivery policy:

If Paris Vogue has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible to either offer an alternative item (to the same value) or we will credit your card for the cost of the unavailable goods.

Parisian Vogue will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. Parisian Vogue reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

Parisian Vogue reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Customers will be notified by e-mail if this is the case.

All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days subject to stock availibilty. All returns and refunds due to customer ordering error will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

All our prices are fully inclusive of VAT (sales tax). There will be no additions to the advertised price of our products for VAT or other taxes. The price you see is the price you pay.

Outside of EC countries we can make arrangements to deduct the VAT, please request on 'special instructions' on the order page. Please be aware you will be liable for your own countries local taxes.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an online receipt stating your transaction ID as well as an email from Paris Vogue to confirm the payment has been successful. No information that we receive from our customers is passed on at all, without exception. All credit card details are deleted once the first transaction is completed. You may be asked for your credit card details again if a refund is necessary.
